The overall experience was calming and enjoyable.

Spotlessly clean hotel in a spotlessly clean building close enough to restaurants, shops and night market and Very near the beach. Good sized and beautifully maintained units with the balcony, and amicable staff. Great and perfect location to Jomtien or Pattaya nightlife by cheap baht bus, nice pool.

Location is great - down a quiet Soi, close to beach and restaurants. Free parking is a bonus and excellent value staying in a one bedroom.

Hotel staff very friendly. All the services/facilities you can wish for were included. Room and common areas very clean! Room very comfortable, fully furnished also with microwave and cooker!! Very good value for money!! Definitely a 5 star accommodation! Get a van from Bkk and rent a bike locally if you need to move around. Otherwise the location it's great for relax. Soi 9 it's in the middle of Jomtien Beach promenade. Nice walking especially in the evening. Family mart just outside the door (60-80mt). Guests with no laptop can access PC in the main hall for free. Recommended.

The room we stayed in was perfect, with a brand-new balcony, a microwave, an electric kettle, and kitchenware all being great amenities.

During my stay at Jomtien Beach Penthouses, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-designed one bedroom apartment. The comfortable bed, ample storage space, and security box provided a sense of convenience and security. The staff were helpful and quickly addressed any issues that arose. The location was convenient, being just a short walk away from the beach and nearby amenities. The availability of an underground carpark was a great bonus.

One drawback I encountered was the lack of shade in the swimming pool area. It would have been nice to have parasols or more trees to provide relief from the sun.

We were staying in the hotel for five days. The main advantages of this hotel are: The staff was polite and proffesional, smily and friendly.When we ask questions at the reception, we always got the most detailed answers with lots of best samples. We very liked this place because the hotel was good, clean, calm and new. The hotel is situated in a quite place at a distance of 45 meters from Jomtien street so you can catch a tuk-tuk taxi the centere and the road will take 10 minutes. Tuk-tuk goes avery 5-10 minutes from early morning till 2 A.m (Maybe after 2 am to but we didn't try) and ticket costs 10 baht per person.

Nothing, really! We were in the Thailand for 2 weeks. We Visited three places (Bangkok (Baiyoke Sky Hotel), Pattaya (Jomtien Beach Penthouses), Phi Phi Don (arayaburi resort phi phi)) And this on is number on from all of them.

The location was great, with the hotel situated on a quiet street, but still near the beach and a lively night market with great dining options. the daily cleaning service was a nice touch, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Some aspects of the facilities were in need of maintenance, such as the gym equipment and elevators.

I have stayed at a number of places in Jomtien and this is by far the best place for the money. I will always stay here when visiting Jomtien / Pattaya in the future. Large nicely furnished room, even including a small kitchen. Very clean and modern. The bed was firm, but not rock hard like most southeast Asian hotels.

A little bit hard to find. It's down a soi from the main road, but even the "beach front" hotels are all across a busy road from the beach.

Very nice and clean appartments, well equipped kitchen, clean swimming pool, good fitness center, very kind and helpfull staff, we will miss them

We liked everything, nothing to complain about. One small thing only - no microwave at the kitchen, but its not a big problem
